Attend this session and you will receive copies of the detailed cost worksheets so that you can go back to your library and figure out the costs of your library's ILL operation.

Description: Mary Jackson, Resource Sharing Product Manager for Auto-Graphics, will provide an overview of how Interlibrary Loan (ILL) systems interoperate with circulation systems using the NISO Circulation Interchange Protocol (NCIP).
